Anurag Sardana, the founder, is a Multifunctional Professional with over 20 years of experience in MEP, Civil Engineering, Structural and Architectural engineering projects execution in India and across the world with excellent Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, Liaison and Relationship Management, Leadership and Team-building skills.

He is a visionary with impeccable implementation capabilities. He is proficient in setting up and developing independent Business Development team to fully operational business units; Strong command of Indian and International Business Protocols.

Megha Tara Sardana is co-founder and Director, Process & Resource Management at Adrey Engineers Pvt. Ltd, India. Megha is an experienced Business Process Outsourcing & Project Management professional with over 15 years of experience in process design & improvement, business process outsourcing, service delivery, transitions and project management. Having spent 5 years each with Fidelity Investments Ltd, India (in Technical Process Design & Implementation) and Xchanging Technology Services Ltd, (in Business Process Outsourcing and Project Management), Megha has extensive experience in business processes and project delivery as per International Business Practices and Standards. Her largest transition assignment included transition of over 200 roles for AON Benfield Project from UK to India. As part of her roles, she has undertaken service delivery and project implementation for many industry leaders including Fidelity Investments, Deustche Bank, Citibank, Credit Suisse, Aon Benfield, etc. At ADREY, Megha is leading process restructuring and resource management to create a world class BIM/ CAD Specialist organisation.

Gerry Sweeney is director at Adrey Engineers Ltd. Gerry is a Chartered Engineer since 2010 and has over 20 years experience specifically in engineering and property development. Gerry has a wealth of experience in many aspects of engineering relating to commercial and residential development. Gerry has worked with many leading companies and government agencies over the years, including: the OPW, RSA, Dept. of Social Protection, Údarás na Gaeltachta, Roscommon County Council, AON, Ladbrokes, AXA and many other private clients. He has been directly involved in the development of 200,000 sqft of mixed-use commercial and over 70,000 sqft of internal MEP fitouts along with his involvement in many residential developments. Gerry holds 4no 1st class honours degrees: 3no in engineering from NUIG (civil, mechanical & energy) and 1no in computational finance from UL; Gerry also holds a certification in BIM with Revit MEP from LIT.

Jagadish has rich work experience in the field of Civil Engineering Infrastructure Design & Drafting Services, which is inclusive of 2 year of experience in US and Canada at client’s offices. He has M-Tech Civil Engineering (Transportation). His experience in Civil Engineering ranges from Road Infrastructure Development, Land Development, Storm Water Management, Drainage Calculation, Hydraulic & Hydrology Modeling, Lift Station, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Road & Highway, Civil work on Telecom Tower project.
